Claudine Pepin - Signature Menus Question

We learned some time ago that Claudine Pepin will be hosting a "culinary sojourn" on our cruise, featuring "specially designed signature menus." Can we expect these special menus throughout each of the ship's dining venues or just in GDR?

I can't say for sure on Claudine's cruise, but we sailed on a Jaques cruise and there were special entrees in the GDR only (on Marina). Actually, I think there was one in Jaques as well, but my memory could be wrong. Anyways, he was very social and all around. Hope that helps, but probably not. :)
