Rome Shore excursion question

Could not find any feedback on a Disney excursion in Rome called Best of Rome. Would love to hear from someone who might have done this in the past to see what your thougths were...

I haven't taken the cruise or the tour you mention, but a friend has and his one comment about a lot of the tours were that they took too long, he said they hardly ever got back in time for dinner. And he always chooses later seating.

Rome is a long bus or train ride from Civ...where the ship docks.

 

We did it in Florence--it was about 90 minutes transportation time. You will barely scratch the surface in Rome. If you've never been there, that's fine. I spent a week there and didn't feel that I'd seen it all. A one day "run around" isn't much at all.
