Cruise out of NY - Statue of Liberty

We just booked the NY Bahamian cruise on 10/6/17. Will the ship pass the Statue of Liberty and which side will it be on?

Yes. The Statue will be on the starboard (right) side.

assuming DCL continues to use a Manhattan terminal Rob is correct.

In the chartlet below I've labeled an NCL ship at a Man' terminal, and SUMMIT in Jersey/Bayonne. If they shift to Bay' the Statue would be visible as you depart, but technically you would not "pass it". Same thing happens when Cunard departs from Red Hook .... you go near but don't "pass" .... semantics really . . .
