Seabourn overnight tours in Israel

Does anyone have any experience of these? There's a Masada, Dead Sea and Jerusalem option and another that is Nazareth and Jerusalem. We're wondering whether instead to do the Masada Dead Sea one day trip followed by Jerusalem the next day. We have been to Jerusalem and Bethlehem before but it was 20 years ago. Thanks
