cancellation of allure - deposit

Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control I have to cancel my first ever cruise:mad: I have only paid 500 euros deposit. Does anyone know if I'm entitled to any of it back even a small percentage???

If you are in Europe, I do not believe they allow any refunds:(. Your best source of information will be the company you booked through. Hope whatever is going on shapes up. One thought.... if you are going to loose your deposit one way or the other, why not wait a bit and see if things change?

You might consider transferring your booking to a different cruise at a time that you can go. That way you do not lose your deposit.
