I'm looking at taking a flight that arrives at 4:20AM to EZE as there are only 2 nonstops from NYC and the other flight is about $500 more. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can make this work? Would i need to book a hotel for an extra night?

We had friends fly in early to BA and they stored their luggage with the hotel and had a prearranged tour of the city that day. If it was me I'd probably book the hotel room so I could crash but if you feel you'll be well rested store your luggage, have a good breakfast, arrange an early city tour and request an early check in.
