Vegan on carnival

I am looking at booking a cruise on the Carnival Sunshine next year and have never cruised vegan just as a vegetarian. Is there alot of vegan options? I saw there was a mexican food bar and was wondering if anyone knows if the beans there are vegan? Could do alot at that place if they are. Also at Guy's burger is there a vegan friendly patty? Just starting to think about these things. I am guessing i will have to bring my non dairy milk with me since i can't do soy milk and most places only have soy as the option. Any vegan information about carnival would be helpful. Thanks

I'm vegan and have previously cruised Carnival and I had plenty of options.
