Casual lunch places for vegetarians?

I am thinking we will probably be spending much of our time in St. George's and Hamilton. Any casual lunch places that anyone could recommend for vegetarians? My husband can be coaxed into poultry, but I am strictly vegetarian. We are not vegan, however, so dairy is fine.

I was hoping a vegetarian would chime in but since not I can say I noticed that most of the restaurants I have been in the last five years, Frog and Onion, Hog Penny, Swizzle Inn, Flanagans, Wahoo, had vegetarian selections. I think you could go to almost place and find something.

The Frog and Onion Pub at the Dockyard and the Hog Penny Pub (and the Pickled Onion and Barracuda Grill) in Hamilton are four of a group of Bermuda restaurants run by the same management company. If you google any of them, you will have access to their menu as well as a link to all other restaurants under the same management and their menus. I don't work for them in any way, I just like their restaurants. Also Trip Advisor is an excellent resource for finding all kinds of restaurant information and reviews. You can search by location, type of food, etc. I hope this helps.
