Self explanatory I hope: I read on here that POA does a drive-by of the volcanIc lava flows, wondering if Princess ships usually do also?

We've sailed several times from Hilo on Princess ships & they've all sailed north along the east coast en route to Honolulu. I've never read a post that said Princess has sailed a southern route to see lava flows.

Thank you for that response, which is disappointing but at least I know. Ours is a 'circle pacific' and goes from San Diego to Hilo, Honolulu and Maui before off to Tahiti and New Zealand. So I guess that's going to be the same. Bummer.
