Celebrity's website manage my booking

Is anyone else experiencing difficulties accessing the my celebrity manage my booking. I get so far into the site and when I look to access shore excursions I am getting no access to the shore excursions for my cruise.

I am getting frustrated as my husband and I are trying to make decisions about the trips we would prefer for our Panama Canal cruise in November 2015.

The website has been having a lot of issues lately [emoji12]

I think it would be easier to ring them direct. Forget about their website its awful.

Call direct, web site has many different issues and one never knows what the issues will be.

I had the same problem when I tried to access the tours. I called celebrity and spoke to several people but they didn't know what to advise me. Finally I got it to work by using a different browser. Once I switched to internet explorer from Firefox I could see the tours. The other option is to ask them to email you a PDF of the tour brochure. However I suggest you try another browser first.
