tea brand at self serve alcove on Viking longships?

Hi All,

I enjoy a nice cup of tea throughout the day, does anyone know the current brand of tea bags the Viking "Buri" longship has on board, and is there some herbal and green tea choices? Thanks!

I can't help you with the brands, I'm thinking and just guessing here but it may be Fields & Select? Have traveled with Viking many times but like I said, I don't recall the brand name. I can say, yes there are quite a few different teas, I drink green tea and found it was a crap shoot, often the green teas brought to me were flavored which I don't care for, so I brought my own. There is a coffee machine that dispenses hot water so if you bring your fav brands you won't be disappointed and if they have your type, bonus.

The brand of tea used on our previous Viking cruises was Ronnefeldt. There was a large variety (rose hip, green, camomile, etc) and we found them to be very good!

Thinking about it, ours was not Fields & Select like I thought, also was not Ronnefeldt so maybe they have different brands???

I don't drink tea but have friends at home that do, so I always stop in a grocery in town and pick up tea for them. You can do that and "sample" the local stuff!

This thread caught my eye. I usually take my own tea as well. Has anyone tried Lupicia? From Japan, very fresh and fantastic! My new favorite is their Sakura with cherry blossom.
