Will MSC honor better pricing and perks after a booking, if before final payment?

It looks like MSC is offering much more for a current booking than when I booked a month or two ago. Can I get them to honor the new promotion?

Had no problem changing our booking to save $2K US when prices went down about 10 months before our cruise. Didn't have to cancel and rebook, just called our rep and MSC and she put the changes through with no issues.

I've been researching a Norway cruise recently. I thought this interesting and could explain why some U.S. Citizens have reported losing their deposits when making a change. It doesn't appear that nationality matters as much as itinerary.

From MSC terms and conditions: The applicable law to this Contract shall be Italian law, except that for Voyages that include port(s) in the U.S.A., in which case the general maritime law of the United States shall apply.
