Booking spa treatments online - the system won't let me do it

I wanted to book a massage in the QM2 spa , using the online service.

According to Cunard's website ( https://ask.cunard.com/help/cunard/life-on-board/Book_spa_on_CP2 ) I should be able to this.

Have gone in via my Voyage Personaliser. There's no facility for online booking. It merely states "Purchasing Spa Treatments ;To purchase any of the spatreatments listed below please call: US: 866-860-4662 International: 001-520-239-3210"

Is it just me and my pc that are being a numpty? Or can you no longer book spa treatments online?

I just had a look on the VP for my cruise on the QE and it loooks that I can book spa treatments although the button is greyed out as our cruise is more the four months away

It seems like you can book online for Cunard operated spas on QV and QE, but not for QM2, which is being run by Canyon Ranch.

I don't recall online spa booking ever being active from the US side. Advance appointments have to be made by telephone directly with Canyon Ranch. They only take online booking for their land-based spas. Each ship has its own reservation number. If memory serves advance appointments can be made in a 30-7 day window before sailing.
