Difference between the Starlight Ball and the Cunard Ball?

We are having a Masquerade Ball and a Roaring Twenties Ball, which are self explanetary. But besides it mention that the other two are formal nights in the Personal Voyager, it does not explain what sort of Balls they are. Could one of them be to be dressed in black and white?

Not many people dress to the theme nights though. It's mostly that the Queens Room will be decked out differently to match each theme.
