Liberty of the Seas GS 1552 or 1578?

If we want a quieter cabin - which is the better option in 1552 and 1578?

Is 1552 directly under the hot tub? Does it have the gold tinted balcony? Noise from the stairs/elevator?

In 1578, can you hear any noise early morning/late night from tables and chairs above? Can you hear any pool noise i.e. announcements, music etc?

Which cabin would you choose??

1552 is not under the hot tub. We have stayed in 1578 and 1268 and did not experience any bothersome noise but others have reported differrently. 1268 was right next to the hot tub and never heard a peep either human or otherwise. 1264 and 1564 are directly under the tubs and have tinted glass on the balconies.

I'd choose 1552. It's closest to the stairs and elevators (no noise from those) and I think it has less potential for noise from above.

Just adding my 2 cents about GS on Liberty. Absolutely loved the room! It was by far the largest of the GS we've been in. Enjoy!

If you hear anything from above, it's only the infrequent chair scraping, or thumping, when they're cleaning. You can't hear music or announcements.

Thank you everyone for your replies. I'm sure we'll have a great time whichever we choose. Think we will probably leave it at 1578 as that is the cabin our TA selected.
