Expedition Ships, newly refurbished versus newer generation like Midnatsol?

Hi,

I'm talking to a TA about the coast voyage, and she's recommending one of the Expedition ships, which she says have new programs with lectures and more, i.e.:

"Our expedition ships are dedicated to a new concept that offers more active expeditions voyages along the coast. These voyages, that can be taken year round, include unique excursions, expert lectures and activities that will make you feel like a real explorer in the Arctic wilderness. To enhance the experience, our expedition team will be interpreting observations of wildlife, natural phenomena, landscapes and culture. You can follow interesting lectures inside the ship or out on deck of seasonal and location specific topics. Learn more about natural phenomena, flora and fauna, fishing traditions, polar history, Viking history, geology, glaciology and climate, to mention some relevant themes throughout the seasons."

This would be Kong Harald, Polarlys, Nordnorge and Nordkapp. Any comments on this new program, or on these ships (the first two won't be refurbished until April 2017.)
