eyelash curler?

I used the same eyelash curler for years. Just a cheapie from Wal-Mart. Worked great. It started to not work so well so I switched out the rubber part. Still didn't work. Bought another curler and it didn't work. Tried going to Ulta and bought a Loreal one that was guaranteed to work. But it doesn't. If I don't curl my eyelashes, using mascara is a waste. Can anyone recommend an eyelash curler that will work?

My eyelashes simply WON'T curl, no matter what I do! I just put loads of mascara on, so the poor little things can be seen! I can get them to "bend" upwards, but they won't stay that way. I've given up...

I get mine curled at the local beauty school... it lasts 4-6 weeks.

I've had good luck with my shiseido eyelash curler. It's sold at Sephora.

I just use my handy eyelash curler from the drugstore. I think it's by Revlon? I've had it for eons. Still going strong. What I've found, is that the only way my lashes stay curled, is if I curl them and then apply waterproof mascara.

I haven't used one for years but want to purchase a new one. Anyway, in the past, I've heated it with a blow dryer before curling the lashes. Just an idea.

My old one is a Revlon, but that one and any other one I try do not work. My eyelashes just don't curl.

I have very straight lashes....I've always used shu uemura eyelash curler. Here's the link for it.

I just got the Sephora XL eyelash curler, it's actually for deep set eyes which I have, and it's been a revelation. I always struggled with other curlers because most times, some of the corner lashes would get all mangled, none of that with the XL. I'm very happy I gave it a shot.

I've given up on the more expensive curlers and gone back to the old metal style ones. The others just don't curl my lashes; must be how my eyes are set in my head.
