What to do in Honolulu before PCC Luau Excursion

I will be in Honolulu on Monday, April 16, 2018 (Princess cruise round trip from Vancouver). The itinerary says we'll be in port from 7am-11pm and I'll be booking the Polynesian Cultural Centre Luau excursion through Princess which leaves at noon. So what's there to do in Honolulu before the excursion without straying too far? Or at least where my group will make it back comfortably in time to make the excursion departure?

AIEA beach is sweet and really relaxing , good body surfing and great sand , Hawaiian Luau show the best !
