New "Freestyle Choice" Wi-Fi plans... question

I loved being able to buy the Social Wi-Fi plan when I sailed Carnival last year... totally worth the $35 total for having communication the entire week. I see Norwegian is following in their footsteps with the same thing and that it will be rolling out to the entire fleet this Summer (it is already on the Getaway and Escape). But, there is absolutely no information on their website about this! Does anyone know the roll-out date for this new pricing model, specifically for the Breakaway (I am travelling on July 30). I really do not want to pay more money just to be limited by the megabyte for services that I won't use.
