And where are the beds located near balcony or bath? And lastly, is there a sofa in the room that opens up?

Well if you check the deck plans and stateroom description it indicates that this stateroom can sleep four and has a sofa bed, which implies it may also have a Pullman bed. The balcony is 44 sq.ft. which is not particularly large, so not sure about the lounger. The pictures indicate the bed by the balcony, but don't know if these layouts alternate. You may want to contact NCL for confirmation on the rest.
