Do you need to pre-purchase a day pass for Melia?

There will be 8-10 in our group. Do we need to pre-purchase the day passes or just get them from the front desk.

Also, does the jitney run often? Or is there a schedule?

There were two empty jitney's parked in front of McDonalds this morning. They just filled and left.

Really. Buy day tours are not necessary.

I believe you can purchase the day passes at the resort. Also, you can get them from sites that sells the day passes in advance.
