How to contact Shore Excursions

Hello,

I remember a few years ago that there used to be a phone number to contact someone from Carnival regarding shore excursions.

I think it has changed since then and it's only via email. Is that correct? If so, can you please give me the email address?

You can email shoreexcursions@carnival.com. They are very responsive.

Not sure about a phone number. I've never seen one.

If I am not mistaken, you can call the 1-800-CARNIVAL number, and they can connect you to their shore excursion department. And you can do this even if you booked with a TA instead of direct. Shore excursion will talk to you.
