Suggestions for transportation to Dubai airport from ship

We have a flight out of Dubai at 2:00am the morning of disembarking the ship. We have been told by the cruise line that they do not provide transfers before 7:00 am. Can anyone suggest a car service that I might email to make arrangements to be taken from the ship to airport. I am thinking at that time of night there will not be taxis waiting at the pier.
