Help with Excursion - Captain Bob or Horseback Riding Scenic Trail and Sea

Hi,

There will be 6 of us in St. Martin on 1/10/18.My son suggested the Horseback Riding Scenic Trail and Sea thru Royal. Last time we were in St. Martin we were booked with Captain Bob but the excursion was cancelled due to choppy waters.

I would appreciate feedback on both excursions to help me pick one.

I don't know anything about the horseback trip so can't help there.

There were six of us in May on the Oasis and booked Capt Bob based on the reviews we read here and on tripadvisor and we LOVED it! There were 4 of us in our late 40's, early 50's and my son (23) and his girlfriend (21) and we all had fun. Crew was very friendly, helped people at the snorkel stops if you needed it, the beaches were beautiful and the lunch of Mahi Mahi, BBQ Chick or BBQ ribs on the beach on real plates was awesome!! We would highly recommend it!
