This will be my 5th time to the Bahamas, but first to visit Eleuthera (Princess Cay)

We have booked an excursion to see some of the island. Has anyone done the Rock Sound, Tarpum Bay, scenic drive and lunch tour. A little pricey, but we wanted to experience some of the culture and not just do a beach day

We sail Sept. 3, 2017:ship:

Have not done those particular tours, but I have explored Eleuthera extensively as part of a college class. It is a relatively unspoiled, undeveloped tropical paradise. I believe it will be well worth your while to take it in. It has a rich culture, and amazing people. There are many empty, gorgeous beaches. There is also great food. Definitely a great spot to get away from the private resort and take in an island. I actually just booked a cruise headed for princess cays so I can do just that. My plan is to rent a car and drive/tour myself. Have fun.
