When do May 2017 QM2 itineraries get announced?

My apologies if this has been posted, but search didn't reveal anything.

We are needing to travel to England in May 2017 to sign a document and have always wanted to do a transatlantic so this might be our best opportunity. We can only leave after May 12, 2017, however and dates aren't on Cunard's site past early May.

Any idea when Cunard typically extends their schedule? This would be our first Cunard sailing, but have many cruises on HAL and Princess, and we hope they will do an Eastbound I later May. :)

Itineraries for 2017 won't be announced until late March 2016.

I see there is a transatlantic westbound 8-15th May so there will no doubt be an eastbound back to Southampton on 15th May, but you won't be able to book it yet I don't think.

sppunk, I just checked the Cunard web site and it says that the May 15 sailing is available for booking on September 10 so almost here.

The UK site only shows the previous sailing not the one on the 15th.

Host Hattie, I messed up. The one that I saw on the USA site is the May 8 to May 15 sailing which shows that it can be booked starting September 10. It doesn't show the September 15 sailing. My mistake.

That makes more sense, it's likely that Ray was right and the rest of 2017 won't be announced until next year.
