With prestige package can one order a bottle of wine at dinner or have to have a long wait for the sommellier to refill glasses! We get very thirsty!

 

Why assume there'll be a long wait? I've found they keep my glass filled before it's empty, I think they keep it half full ;p

Just so there is no confusion to Lyn's comments; there are no corkage fees on wine , brought aboard by you, and consumed in your cabin. This is the case even when your Butler opens the bottle and provides the glassware. Corkage is only charged in the restaurants.
