We bought a time share recently actually we just took one over , so we only pay matainace fees . We bought it so we could use the pool and gym as its close to our house . It's not a great week , plus we live near . So we traded it for a cruise threw II interval international . If we would have booked this cruise direct like we usually do it would have cost us $1620.00 , but giving up our week it cost us $679.00 plus our mantainence fees wich were $575 that we would have had to pay anyway . plus $120 to join interval . So for $1374.00 we got a year round gym membership with pools , and a 7 day cruise on the carnival sunshine . So for us it worked out great . Just interested in what others have experienced .
