Insect Repellent Required for South East Asia Cruises?

Thanks so much drron29! I don't want to depend on the insects playing by any human rules of dawn or dusk. I think I will err on the side of caution and just protect myself for all eventualities.

Forget the dusk till dawn story.Dengue is one of the diseases spread by mosquitoes that are most active from dawn to dusk.Not a disease you want to have.In other places yellow fever,West Nile and chikungunya are transmitted by dawn till dusk mosquitoes.

 

Thanks for the information. I wear it all the time and am just happy if we don't encounter any bugs. Also, be sure to apply sunscreen first and then insect repellant.
