Opinions please: Regent vs Azamara vs Seabourn

Have been asked to get opinions of these 3 lines for friends..late 50's and looking at Med for next summer. Itinaries comparable, however, I've not been in Seabourn and had an iffy cruise with Regent. Know my CC friends will give honest views. Thanks all

I booked a cruise with Azamara for next spring with some great destinations. A month after we booked, they completely changed the itinerary. Ended up cancelling.

Azamara is upscale, Regent and Seabourn are luxury lines. Take Azamara out of the mix and decide between the other two. Remember that Regent includes shore excursions which might be important on a port intensive Med cruise.
