Who is the current Cruise Director on the Island Princess?

Lets try this again. Does anyone know who is the current CD on the Island Princess?

We are scheduled to embark on 2/28 and were wondering.

You should be getting a pre-cruise email that would tell you who's the CD on your cruise, unless those emails are no longer going out.

From what I was told, Simone left the Island after the cruise that arrived in Ft. Lauderdale yesterday (Feb 18).

From the roll call thread, the current CD on the Island Princess is Callie Smit from South Africa. He is about 45 Years old. So far that ia all I have heard about him.

Yes, it is Callie Smit.

He's probably the best I've ever traveled with.

Funny, kind, helpful and hosts a lot of the Trivia and games himself.

As well he should....he's hilarious.

We too, have traveled with Callie on the Island Princess. He is great.

We were on Island Princess from April 9 to 19 and the CD was indeed Callie; how long he stays on is anybody's guess.

They often switch off at the beginning of Alaskan season.

Yep they use to tell us but recently we got a generic email from the CD without telling us who he/she was...

So Ruby, March 10th...who could it be? lol
