What happened to the OP's original problem that was supposed to be resolved by 2/4/16?

 

We will have to wait for Cocktail Queenie to give us an update. Her options were to rebook with the special incentives by February 4 or cancel for a refund. I'm hopeful it was the first option!

Something is not right

 

Our TA regrouped with the AZ rep and said it would take care of it last week Still nothing

I asked our TA to follow up yet again this morning

 

In May, we will contact AZ direct since this is way too weird

 

I am afraid to book another cruise [emoji53]
