Windstar Windsurf-First Time

Any suggestions or tips for our first time on this cruise line?

Thanks,

Lorrie

We found the laundry package very useful (You just let the Front desk know on arrival day that you want the package - the price is quite reasonable.) As long as we got laundry out early, we received it back the same day. You just hang the laundry bag on your door handle.

Note: cappuccinos/teas and sandwiches and pastries are available in the Yacht club during the day. Very handy if you want a snack or coffee before dinner after coming back on board.

We found the port talks (on our cruise given before dinner in the main lounge) were actually pretty useful. There were also good port maps available near the Shore excursions desk.

Any questions?

Popcorn from room service and a DVD! Also, if you like room service, you can order anything from that evening's menu in Aamphora delivered to your room. The on deck barbecue is phenomenal.

The drink package is not a good choice for us, but if you drink quite a bit, it might be. I second the vote for the laundry package.
