Question on "Like Package" Onboard Credits

First time Azamara cruisers. Have been on almost all the mass market lines. We'll be on the Quest NYE cruise in 2016. We received the "Like" package as a promo from our travel agent. It says it includes $200/person ($400/cabin) Land Discoveries OBC. Based on that title I am thinking it can only be used for excursions. Looking at our reservation it just shows up as general OBC. Will we be able to use the OBC for onboard purchases such as dining or bottles of wine?

If it is credit from the Like Package it can only be used for land discoveries purchases and you have to wait until you board to enjoy that package.

I think this can only be used for excursions and you have to book them on board.
