Hello

Our Fantastica package on the Divinia (cruising in the Caribbean) includes 12 beverage vouchers, does anyone know where to pick up the vouchers? I heard there were some confusion with the staff about these vouchers, have they fixed the problem?

TIA

We just sailed a few weeks ago and picked up the Fantastica booklets plus the extra booklet I pre-ordered in the Casino. They had a station for each deck set up at the bar. We went there first thing after walking onto the ship...headed right and to the casino so we beat any crowds. If you walk along the bar and go out the right side, there's a credit card machine outside the doorway area to link your sail card to your credit card....again, no line.

Sailed two weeks ago. They brought our vouchers to our table in MDR on first night.

Perhaps this was as a favor to you? What did you do for beverages between the time you checked in and dinner time? FWIW, there is a note inside the Daily Planner advising guests to pick up vouchers in the casino.

Lady brought them to our table. They were in envelope with our cabin number. She also brought one to another family at our table. We simply signed paper that we received vouchers. I saw her bringing vouchers to other tables, also.

I don't know maybe it was because we didn't pick up them right away.

We don't drink alcohol, so we were fine before we got vouchers. Afterwards we used them on gelato, shakes, coffee drinks, cocktails.

Just got off Divina yesterday - we picked up our Fantastica vouchers as well as the additional vouchers we had prepurchased in the casino. There was a note in the Daily Planner that they could be picked up in the casino from 11:30am-4:15pm and from 10:00pm to late, or from your dining room from 6:00pm to 10:00pm. That being said, we were able to pick them up in the casino right after the lifeboat drill which was held at 4:30.

Great thank you. Do you know if it also includes non alcoholic ones for children in the same cabin?

(Last time we sailed MSC they were not included so this was a pleasant surprise)

AFAIK they should receive the non-alcoholic ones. Certainly, according to reports on here, they will.

We sailed this past July on the divina and we picked up on Fantastica experience drink vouchers in the casino . We got the 12 vouchers per person from the package plus the extra ones we had pre purchased in the envelope . They are sorted by deck, so you walk around the casino bar and line up according to your deck number . The non alcoholic vouchers (also 1 booklet of 12 per child) were in the envelope as well .

I

Any cruisers who did not collect their vouchers at the casino had theirs delivered to their assigned dining room table , and if they did not show up there the vouchers were delivered to the cabin on the second day . Hope this helps !

Yes the Fantastica experience includes a booklet for each adult containing 12 vouchers for alcoholic beverages and a booklet for each child containing 12 vouchers for non alcoholic beverages or treats. So for example if there are 2 adults and 2 children sharing a cabin, you will receive 2 adult booklets (24 vouchers total ) and 2 child booklets (24 vouchers total ) . Also , the vouchers are not guest specific , meaning if your spouse is a lush ( just kidding ) and wants to use 20 of the vouchers leaving just 4 for you , that's okay with the ship (probably not so okay with you ) . And one more bit of information , sometimes it is better to pay cash than to use a voucher . Example, a soda pop cost only 2 dollars . Better to pay for that and save the vouchers for milkshakes or smoothies which cost a little over 4 dollars .

Perfect thank you so much for the clarification. That helps! They were not included when we've sailed with them in the past (we previously purchased the separate voucher package) so it was a pleasant surprised that they are now included. My daughter will be thrilled with the treats as well! (Are those good for ice cream etc?)
