Yes, you can book it on board it drops off guests at the departure areas of the various terminals sometimes it's one bus which visits T5 first or individual buses for each terminal. I expect it depends on demand.

I believe you can make an advanced booking through the following link but I've no experience of using this method. Maybe someone on here can advise?
