Costa NeoRomantica from Amsterdam - help please

Hi

We bookes a Costa cruise sailing from Amsterdam to Norway.

Can someone please explain to me where the ship is? where is the terminal ?and where to take a hotel the night before in order to get to cruise easily the nexy day?

Type in "Amsterdam Central" on Google Maps. This will be the main train station. If you travel by train or by plane to Amsterdam, this is where you arrive in Amsterdam. Zoom out a few clicks on the map. To the left of the train station, along the waterway, past the bridge is the Passenger Terminal where you can walk to or take a tram from the Central Station (about a 15 min walk). There are quite a few hotels around the train station and one at the cruise terminal. They are primarily in the mid to high end. Google Map should show some of closest ones. Ibis would be one of the lower priced ones (though not low price).

Excuse me, the Passenger Terminal is to the right of the Central Station, not to the left.

That assumes that the ship will dock in the city centre near the train station. On our Pacifica cruise we docked in the container port near though not within walking distance of Sloterdjik Train Station - so double check!

When you stay with your back to the Centraal Station, the cruise port is to the left.

Facing the station its to the right.
