For those with outstanding payments due Seabourn, AMEX is currently offering a $100 credit, depending on your specific card.

"Get a $100 statement credit by using your enrolled eligible Card to spend $500+ while booking cruise line sailings with Carnival, Holland America, Princess, Seabourn or Cunard by 4/14/2017."

According to the American Express web site, it looks like only U.S. platinum cards are eligible.

The one the OP posted is a limited time offer that you can find among the various offers that you have to add to your card and appear toward the bottom of the home page. The OP's offer is not limited to Platinum or Centurian cards as we have it on our Everyday card as well as Platinum card and only require a spend of $500 or more. Completely different offers as the OP's will provide a credit of $100 to your account vs. the above one that is only for OBC. Pretty sure the OP's offer will apply to payments on the cruise while the above requires full payment with the card for the cruise. Check your Amex online account and perhaps you have the offer on more than one card which you can activate both by opening up the offers on both card in different tabs of your browser and then quickly clicking both and you will get both offers. Clicking one at a time the second one will disappear within a few seconds. Good luck,

It is available for Centurions and Platinum members US only. Just talked to an agent. It should be we pay a higher membership premium.

Miles, you are absolutely correct about Cruise Privileges which was the long post from FlyingScotSailers. The original post by jcruikshank is part of a completely different program and for sure I have that $100 statement credit on my Platinum as well as my Amex Everyday Card which has no fee. I provided a complete description above of the differences and how to get the $100 credits by only paying a portion of the cruise fare ($500+) since the benefits of the Chase Sapphire Reserve card significantly exceed the Amex Platinum or Centurion and Chase only requires a portion of the fare paid with their card to get full benefits.
