just returned from the SUN - Concierge is Karin Goedecke, our butler was Dominic Abreu. Both were absolutely fantastic!

Karin is a top notch concierge IMO.

Just off the Star on Dec. 20th. Ignacio was the HD, Manny the F&B and Christopher was the Concierge...that's all I can remember off hand!
