Connection between Emerald & Scenic?

I'm confused. I completed an online form to receive a Scenic River Cruise brochure. When Scenic thanked me and confirmed by email, it had a hyperlink to their cruises. I clicked and got Emerald River Cruises. Huh?? Is there a connection between the 2 lines?

Emerald is a subsidiary of Scenic. It has all brand-new ships and the design and marketing are all aimed at a younger demographic than the typical river cruise. Their ships have some interesting new features (swimming pool that converts to movie theatre). It is somewhat less-inclusive than Scenic, although still better than average on that front, with somewhat lower prices.

Also Emerald is a US brand governed by US laws while Scenic is Australian.
