Booking plane seats on cruise personaliser

I have just been on to my cruise personaliser to try and change my seats I have booked for my flight on the 3rd of December. However it now says this action is unavailable, is this normal or is there a problem?

Yes, I believe it closes 7 days before the cruise.

Ah, that explains it then, thanks for the reply.

Think it may be as early as 14 days before? Booked ours for Feb, but it's always a cause of strife to see seats blocked out and restrictions on what you can and can't book.

It's 14 weeks before, at midnight. Not that we bothered on our recent flight to Barbados. Still sat together, with extra legroom too!

We were actually talking about when the seat booking option closes here, rather than when it opens. Booked ours just after midnight bang on the 14 week point.
