Unless your Caribbean or above when you get early embarkation, you can't tell. As far as I know nobody has yet worked out the logic behind P&O's embarkation times and it seems to vary from ship to ship, cruise to cruise

It isn't logical, but there is a system. I got a copy from Christopher Edgington by email and used it to choose the deck of my cabin to get the earliest boarding time I could for the last 2 cruises I took before I got to Caribbean tier. It's still somewhere on my laptop though I haven't used it for over a year now since I got to Caribbean, so it might have changed. Might be worth an email to get a copy of the latest version.

Yes someone posted what they thought the deck orders were a while ago. For example they said Riveria deck on Azura was 3pm - and that is what we got! So - I would think there was a high chance you'll get the same time for the same deck (unless they change the order this year!)
