Chef's Market Discoveries - Celebrity Tour

Has anyone taken one of the tours on Celebrity called "Chef's Market Discoveries"? On our cruise it is available in Helsinki and Berlin. Curious if it was worth the money and if the food served on board that evening was purchased from the tour taken that day.

Not having much luck finding much about this although it is listed on many Celebrity cruises not just in Europe.
