My cruises - view my reservation

Hi. Is anyone else encountering problems getting into their 'view reservation'? For the last few days it's said I was unable to access and tonight it says the system is unable to handle your request. Is the site down?

I haven't had any issues...not saying there aren't any.

Have you tried a) a different browser and/or b) clearing your cache?

Will give that a go via Chrome. It's odd as the problem only occurred since RCI updated some of my requirements

It's happened to me a few times. I usually leave it for a day or two and then it seems ok. Odd.:confused:

I'm not sure what causes it, but I always assume it's the website not me! :rolleyes::D

Have u logged out on other devices happened to me a few weeks ago turned out I was logged in on my tablet also the site seems to play up at the weekend

Also try clearing cookies.
