Just booked question about celebrity cruise lines website

I see my ship board credit but is there anyway to see my paid gratuities or free drink program to make sure I actually got it??

It can take several days for those to appear on your booking. Keep and eye on your account also....sometimes the prepaid gratuities like to slip back on and it shows a balance owing. All it takes it a quick call to get them removed.

If you booked direct with Celebrity you should have a copy of your Booking Conformation -Guest copy; the beverage package & gratuties should show on there. On our bookings they show as a charge with a code something like CBEVINGRAT $625 next line shows a credit to off set the charge. Same for the gratuties.

If you booked with a TA they should give you a cooy of the Celebrity Booking Confirmation.

If you look at you reservation on-line you can look at Manage Reservation & on the right side of the page is a link for order history-the Beverage package will show there as well as a 0 charge.

OBC & gratutues have never shown on our on-line reservation. As long as they are on the booking confirmation you are good. Take that document with you when you sail, Just in case!

Also, if you click on manage my reservation as previous poster suggested your OBC should show as available to spend on things like dining, drinks, shore excursions etc.

Have you tried clicking something called "Purchase History" or something like that? My drink and internet packages show up there.

We booked the Go Best package when we reserved our cruise and I'm not seeing that anywhere in our information on the Celebrity page. It does show the $300 OBC that was a part of it...same or different for others? Nothing shows up in the "Purchase History" except the excursion I pre-booked w/ a portion of the OBC.

Always take a screen shot when you book.

We also booked with all 3 offers in suite on the web and they did not show in our reservation.Had to call and get matter resolved.Luckily we had a screen shot...
