Mobility - Queen Victoria fly cruise

We are joining Queen Victoria shortly, flying from London Heathrow to Athens. We have filled out the mobility forms and booked airport assistance. Does anybody know if we will get a taxi transfer from the airport to the ship (and back on our return)? I have great difficulty getting on coaches as the steps sure usually too high for my bad knees. I know from experience that P&O supply a taxi on Caribbean fly cruises for passengers with mobility problems, but we have not done a fly cruise with Cunard yet.

Thanks
