Shopping on Allure of the Seas

What would you recommend in the way of shopping on Allure of the Seas?

Are there any shops or sales that are particularly good to check out?

What is the bests thing that you have purchased on a cruise ship?

If you are looking for sales just so you know you are getting what you pay for.

There is a MK , Kate spade, Coach and "expensive" jewelry store on board as well as gift shop and booze store.

On the promenade they have shirt sales as well as generic purses, watches and such.

Makes me Leary to by a watch original price $1200 for $200........................mmm

Purses were $20-$30 for no name.

MK purses were on sale, but did not recognize the colors or style............................

I broke down and bought a MK purse in the store for the DD and paid what I would have on 'land" only as a momento for her.

T shirt sale last day. People going crazy over.

one day the "expensive" jewerly store had free tiny loose black sapphires-and you could "upgrade" for $40 for a tanzanite necklace for earrings--was perfect for my teenage son to buy his GF as a gift....looks way nicer than $40 for a teen romance! on the last day they had some nice rings that were reasonable in price as well

Michael Kors generally has a 50% off sale at some point during a 7-night sailing, somewhere around night 5 or 6. Prices normally are "land" prices but according to my wife many were last year (or older) bags. We have a MK outlet close to us and saw some of the same bags there as we did on Allure, at similar prices (after the 50% off on Allure). Advantage to Allure is no sales tax, but don't pay full price.
