Breakfast Options on Carnival Liberty for early disembarking in St. Thomas

Our Carnival Liberty cruise arrives 7:00AM in St. Thomas. In order to take advantage of our limited time to get to St. John we would like to get off the ship as close to 7:00AM as possible. I called Carnival and the person told me that nothing opens on the ship before 7:00. That leaves room service as the only option. Is this true or is there other options?

The buffet on the Lido deck should be open between 6:00 and 6:30. They tend to open it early on days when you dick at 7:00 a.m.
