New Livery on PCL Ships

That was my first thought as well - Why is PCL spending all this money on paint and at the same time cutting down on staff and food quality??

Personally, I think it looks good, and they have to repaint the ships over time anyway, so why not spice it up. Blue paint costs the same as white - small cost for a stencil and we're done.

Some months ago, there was a PCL Survey covering designs for ships to update the fleet. This was one of the better offerings as I recall. So if this is coming, then it's better than quite a few of the others.

Mine either & guess I'm just a traditionalist and that Princess ships were already distinctive enough before. ;)

Oh Nina, different opinions are not always the same as complaints and whining! ;) :D

I am glad they stuck to just using the Princess sea witch logo and not some random gaudy design all over the hull.

While it is different, I seldom can see it because I can't lean over the side that far!:p

I like it. A little more perky than what they currently have, but still tasteful with the seawitch.

Not impressed. Can't see it while you're on the ship, adds nothing in my opinion. Personally, the money could be better spent on upgrading something on the ship. Just my opinion.:)

I personally don't love it, It reminds me of what NCL has done to many of their ships, but not as colorful. I like clean, traditional appearances. It's not bad. It won't affect my cruising experience in any way either, so it's fine by me.

I couldn't care less how they're painted as long as they're clean and tidy.

Its ugly. I don't like it. Why waste money on garbage like that. If they have money to waste on tacky hull art then something is wrong with them.
