Taxi in Ravenna Italy?

We will be in Ravenna for a day in September and want to just do a DIY. It looks like the buses is not a great option so does anyone know of a taxi company who takes reservations? We have a lot of interest on our roll call but I can't find any taxi companies that are great with English.
